As soon as the milk arrives at the cheese dairy, batches are made. Each batch of cheese is produced from a different batch of milk. The batches of whey therefore come from clearly identified batches of cheese.
At EUROSERUM, each truckload of whey is recorded on arrival. A tracking card is then created and archived. This card allows us to track the origin of the whey for each batch of powder. It is therefore possible to trace the process all the way back to collection of the milk.
