Post and missions : within the technical department of the industrial site of Port-sur- Saône, you will have in particular for missions :
- Establish, in the form of project, the specifications of construction sites in connection with the person in charge of the service applicant, the Quality Safety Environment service, the Director of the concerned site and the Director Technique
.- Insure the implementation and the follow-up of construction sites in connection with the outside companies and the cabinet of architecture if need be.
- To assure the starting and the starting up of installations
.- Watch the establishment and the respect for the plans of prevention and for all the documents bound to the security.- Watch the respect for the security
.- Assure the administrative follow-up of projets.- To Assure the technical follow-up of rationalization of energies.
- To Assure the technical follow-up of the meetings and the expertises of insurance (audits and disasters)
.- Realize the technical audits. Plan frequent travels in France and abroad.
 
Of training engineer in chemical engineering or proceeded engineering, an experience wished in sectors producing complex products with requirements of food safety. However, the novice engineers are accepted. This post requires the control of AUTOCAD, the project management, the pack Office as well as English. You demonstrated your capacities of listening, curiosity, relational ease, rigorous, ability to synthesize. Purpose of the mission : Under the hierarchical responsibility of the factorie’s Manager and functional with the Quality and Technique Directions, you guarantee the respect for the requirements in quality term, safety and environment of the site.
Main activities :

• To assure the relation with the manufacturing (Interpret the results of laboratory to intervene on the process
• To assure the follow-up and the preservation of the quality systems in position (ISO9001, ISO22000, GMP)
• To realize a regular reporting for the directions  site and quality and technique
• To be responsible for the communication in QSE between the various services
• To spread its "know-how" and its " know how to make " with the aim of the optimization of the missions waited by the Head office  and make sure of a reporting with its teams. 
• To set up and improve the plans of surveillance(supervision) of the site
• To elaborate the budget of the service and to assure  the follow-up
• To assure the follow-up of files Quality Safety Environment of the site and to propose corrective action plans
• To watch the respect for the regulations in subject Q.S.E
• To guarantee the respect for the regulations of the good practices of hygiene and manufacturing as well as the initiative of improvement continue
• To make sure of the respect and the update of the plan HACCP

Purpose of the mission : Under the responsibility of the person in charge planning, you are in charge of to coordinate the activity of planning in order to guarantee customer services while optimizing the levels of stock finished products as well as the industrial and logistic costs. 

Main activities :

• To prepare and to liven up the Industrial and Commercial Plan (ICP) : to analyze forecasts / sales / stocks / capacities, proposition of a strategy of production and a target of stock by family of products, taken into account by the commercial events / industrialists, propositions/ negotiation of production capacities by workshop, by factory, identification of needs with subcontracting, animation of the semimonthly meetings of follow-up
• To oversee the implementation of flows inter-factories
• To assure  the interface with the authorities supply chain operational of the group
• To strengthen and to follow the indicators of activities (KPI) : rate of adhesion to the plan, the level of stock, obsolescence, reliability of the forecasts
• To propose then to set up action plans necessary for the improvement of the performance
• To manage a team of 3 planners
• To assure the rise  in skill of the team
